Happy Friday! Happy 2022 ~ 22 is my lucky number so I hope it’ll be a luckier year for us all.
I did register with Denver for my office be a vaccinated facility but with close calls I’ve still been wearing a mask and testing regularly for peace of mind. I do have 2 air purifiers in my office and give myself plenty of time between sessions to clean, so if you are vaccinated you can choose to not wear a mask. I’m sure you heard you can order free at home tests here. A reminder that if you are sick reschedule, even if it’s not *ovid. It’s really best to be 100% over symptoms before getting body work.
In addition to every other Wednesday (next one is 2/2), I will also be at Ritualcravt every other Sunday starting 2/6. You can book for there here. It’s really a beautiful space if you haven’t been, I’d love to see you. I offer chair massages and readings there. I’m taking a Plant Ally classes there too with Oak and Hawthorn. Check out their classes.
AVAILABILITY
I do have some availability Wednesday to Saturday next week at my office and I’d love to see you!
The numerology of this year (2 + 0 + 2 + 2 = 6) is associated with the Lovers Tarot card. If you want to learn more I took THIS workshop with Lindsay Mack. It makes it feel like 2022 has the opportunity to feel better. The main themes for me are collaboration and reciprocal relationships. I am working on setting up donation based clinics with some other practitioners this year, including my friend, the talented sound healer and bodyworker, Erica Franzen of Full Spectrum Being. She has a really lovely space in Kittridge and is offering couples sound healing for a special Valentine’s Day date. She will have info on her Instagram.
MUTUAL AID
I’ve been really drawn to Mutual Aid as a way to support community. Mutual Aid is a voluntary reciprocal exchange of resources and services for mutual benefit. I had the opportunity to do massage at Mutual Aid Monday which happens every week and supports anyone in the community that comes. It’s s a great place to share and meet neighbors you don’t normally have a chance to connect with. Last week I volunteered to deliver food through RMMAN from Joys Kitchen which saves food and distributes it. Front Range Mutual Aid also has a list of Mutual Aid resources as well. What ways have you found to support the community and volunteer that fill you up?
NEW OFFERING IN MARCH
I am very excited to be taking Maya Abdominal Massage in March. I received a session a few years ago that really helped me and I cannot wait to share this healing modality. Dr. Rosita Arvigo has devoted her life to passing on the knowledge from her 10-year apprenticeship with Don Elijo Panti. She studied with him and still lives and teaches in Belize, thought I’m not traveling out of the country to study it. I am honored to have the opportunity to join this lineage. You can read more about the modality here and the benefits for men & women here or in Dr. Arvigo’s book Sastun.
Happy New Year. It’s a pleasure to work with you and I wish you good health and abundance for 2022.
