I am having an open house/birthday party in the Imperial Building! Visit my office, Bardo & the Denver Distillery! Come see the closing of my art show Bible Betties at Bardo with djs out on the patio out back and Julie Davis will be playing at Denver Distillery at 8 pm.

SELF CARE

Someone asked me how often they should come see me. The answer is different for everyone but my basic rule of thumb in self care is if it makes you feel better, if something is helpful, do it as often as you can. Take care of yourself. Listen to your whole self. Bodywork is a very integral part of my self care and I get 3-5 sessions a month. I get readings and go to therapy intermittently as well. Do what works best for you! I have a few appointments left for next week. Hop on my schedule!

CLASSES

I’ll be teaching a couple of classes at Ritualcravt. First is Decent to the Underworld Technique on Friday Aug 13th. This journey from Janet Farrar, Godmother of modern Witchcraft, and her partner Gavin Bone is a technique that leads you to the realm of the ancestors. It connects you with guides, gods, goddesses and ancestors. First we activate your energetic body, ground and set our intention then we journey to the gates. Class size is limited to ensure Abby can hold space for everyone.

Then Seasonal Wellness for Fall: As the wheel of the year turns it’s important to be aware of how you can utilize the season to support your well-being. Focusing on Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbal allies and tuning in with astrological elements, get in rhythm with the season to support your health. Zine included.
