I just got back from a lovely week working at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. It was hands down the most beautiful place I’ve ever spent the Summer Solstice. I miss the morning cold plunges in the river! Being in a little bubble of beauty and creativity really filled my cup.

Today marks the beginning of the Runic calendar with the first rune Fehu. Fehu is about wealth and abundance but not just money. It’s about what nourishes you, what you tend and what flows from you when you're in alignment. It means cattle, which represents resources but it’s also about what you give and receive in balance. Lastly, I found out my landlord is selling the building that houses my office. I don’t know yet what that means, but I do know that change is coming. I’ve been thinking a lot about how the shadow of this time is the fear of change. I feel it too, but I’m working on walking toward it with grace. If you’re in a season of change too, know you’re not alone. Always happy to breathe through it together.
